TSC,
Per recent discussions in the TSC meeting about creating more time for
strategic planning, I will be emailing a weekly release update to the TSC,
rather than providing an update during the TSC meeting itself. A link to
the update will be included in the TSC meeting agenda. Exceptions will
include milestone dates or if there are urgent issues related to release
that require TSC engagement.
Please feel free to respond to this email with feedback on the format and
content.

- M3 was approved by the TSC via groups.io vote with exceptions.
The expectation is that the remaining exceptions will be
closed by RC0 (Mar
11).

- The TSC approved M3 being moved from Feb 25 to Mar 1. Remaining
milestones post-M3 are unchanged.
- The Next milestone is RC0 on March 11.
- Guilin maintenance release
- @DESBUREAUX Sylvain TGI/OLN <[email protected]> said
last week that there remain some cert issues with a few projects.
- I will be sending an email to the projects involved in the
maintenance update and asking them to indicate whether they are finished,
using a new field in the table that I set up previously.

- I have been discussing a schedule proposal with Catherine and
Krzysztof and will be sharing it at the PTL meeting on March 8.

- I noticed a comment from @[email protected]
<[email protected]> on Slack regarding the old Release Lifecycle

wiki. Unfortunately, when I became release manager in 2019 and
reorganized
the old content, I didn't notice that page and it got buried under a
"legacy" section. Since the page is fairly old and out of date, rather
than copy it, I created a new page <https://wiki.onap.org/x/iECLBQ>.
