Hi Lukasz, Didn't see any replies, so decided to offer my take on your question. Istanbul M0 was April 1, other milestones not yet agreed. Therefore not exactly possible to answer what is the "concrete deadline".
That said I think it safe to assume M2 is likely towards latter half of May, which would give 7-8 weeks window now. However, IMHO one should not plan to leave their requirements' approvals as late a stage as possible. If ready to be presented, book the time with REQ and then subsequently with ARC as soon as practical. This way we get better view of the release earlier. Having most of the requirement piling up towards M2 is not helpful. The above assuming your requirement is of type Specification, Feature, or Use Case. If it is of type Best Practice or Global Requirement, the deadline is of course M1 which could be somewhere late April - early May. But as said, no agreed dates for the future Istanbul milestones yet. Above based on reading release process (see https://wiki.onap.org/display/DW/ONAP+Release+Process) and Requirement Types (see https://wiki.onap.org/display/DW/Requirement+Types). With one caveat. Release process talk about "General Requirements" that are to be approved at M1. However, I could not find any further explanation of "General Requirements" on either of the above pages. "General Requirement" is mentioned in "Exception Process" chapter on https://wiki.onap.org/display/DW/ONAP+Release+Process, but without definition. At best this is just a simple case of editorial and "General" should actually be "Global".
