These are the same values as I’ve always used throughout the history of ONAP: * Code commits & LOC numbers – NOT USED – Not part of the criteria * Gerrit: Approvals – The act of issuing a +1, -1, +2 or -2 for someone’s code submission – implies a code review * Gerrit: Active Changesets – NOT USED - Not part of the criteria * Gerrit: Merged Changesets – Merged Code * Gerrit: Review Comments – the act of adding a comment to a review – implies a code review * Jira: Comments – the act of adding a comment to a Jira ticket * Jira: Issues Assigned – Jiras assigned to an individual * Jira: Issues Created – Jiras created by an individual * Jira: Issues Closed - NOT USED – Yes, technically someone can close an issue that was not assigned to them. Doing so should always include adding a comment which the person would then get credit for. * Jira: Issues Avg Days in Open – NOT USED - Not part of the criteria * Confluence: Comments – the act of adding comments to a page – implies an edit * Confluence: Posts – blog posts - No one ever uses this functionality in ONAP, but it would still be valid if they did * Confluence: Pages Created – exactly what it says – implies an edit * Confluence: Pages Edited – exactly what it says * Confluence: Attachments – the act of uploading an attachment to a page– implies an edit * Confluence: Last Update & Days Since Last – NOT USED - Not part of the criteria For the past year there are 420 unique “Active Community Members” based upon the above. Dupe company names were then removed after doing some quick reconciliation (such as Ericsson & EST as one example) and tossing anyone not affiliated into a single bucket. This produced 48 unique company names. I then broke things down further into companies by # of Active Community Members for the following: # from a company >= 3 people >= 5 people >= 6 people >= 10 people # of companies 22 20 17 14 Hope this helps in the decision making process for what a reasonable number of seats for the TSC.
