Team, I've updated the schedule proposal for Istanbul <https://wiki.onap.org/x/DiSLBQ>, based on feedback at the May 3 PTL meeting. We will discuss this again at the TSC meeting on May 6.
Changes: - Collapsed RC0, RC1, RC2 into a single milestone, RC - Increased time from M4 to RC and from RC to sign off. - Corrected error in dates for the China National Day holiday.
