You need to follow the link to find the votes in the voting tool at groups.io. Kenny notified me that the vote had passed and I verified it myself before I sent the email. We discussed the release note in the PTL meeting and came up with a plan to complete it (see meeting notes and recording). However, we agreed that it was not necessary to hold up the release.
