My guess is that there is some issue with the gating infrastructure. Two of the failing tests--basic_vm and basic_vm_macro--have errors in the logs that suggest a problem with OpenStack allocating resources. The other two failing tests have no logs at all. I see a similar pattern with other gerrit submissions. My guess is that your submission (and the others) are OK, but I'm reluctant to merge a change with a 50% failure rate on the smoke tests.* Let me know if you have any questions.
