Team, I just received an update from Toine that the build issues have been resolved, so I'm optimistic that we'll be able to approve M4 tomorrow.
However, the fix for the build issues included disabling SBOM generation. Therefore, in order to have a permanent fix, we need for the SBOM script author to investigate the problems that the script appears to have been causing with the build environment (see IT-24608 and RELENG-4472).
