Team, At yesterday's meeting <https://wiki.onap.org/x/NQTiC>, the TSC conditionally approved Kohn release M4. The condition was that the projects complete the three unresolved release management tasks (INT-2145, INT-2146, & OPTFRA-1093) by the RC milestone, scheduled for Oct 27.
