Hi Timo,

That’s highly relevant and a good cross-community topic.

BR,
Magnus

Subject: [onap-tsc] TSC decision on ONAP cross-community topic proposal (RE:
Final reminder: Soliciting topics for LFN D&TF Nov 17-18)

Hello TSC,

In our Oct 13th meeting we agreed to choose ONAP cross-community topic in our
Oct 27th meeting among the proposal made for the D&TF Thursday program.
We actually did not discuss this at all yesterday. My bad, should have
remembered to put it on the agenda.
However, we have only one proposal, on SBOM. Thus I would assume it is ok to
put this proposal forward to the Program Committee to consider for Thursday
program.
Let me know if you find this acceptable or not.

cheers
Timo

Hello,

This is to remind you that today is the last day to propose your topics for
upcoming D&TF.
As of now we have around 10 topic proposals, which easily makes us busy on
Friday. However, if you’re still thinking of submitting a topic proposal, make
sure to put it up on the wiki today.

Fyi for the record, the deadline to propose ONAP topic for Thursday
cross-community topic(s) has passed.

cheers
Timo

Dear ONAP community,

The call for topics for the next Developer and Testing Forum (D&TF) Nov 17-18
is open.

Feedback from previous D&TFs strongly indicates need for more open
collaboration.
To facilitate this, Day 1 (Nov 17th) is devoted to solving cross-community
technical challenges. The request is ONAP community submits a topic they would
like to discuss and make progress on with other projects. Examples of potential
topic are end-to-end use cases, integration challenges, cross-community CI/CD
and tools modernization.
Please propose your topic at
https://wiki.lfnetworking.org/display/LN/2022-11+-+Plenary%3A+ONAP+Day+1+Problem+Statement<https://protect2.fireeye.com/v1/url?k=31323334-501cfaf3-313273af-454445554331-29156f94db59abb2&q=1&e=14bf4438-6c37-449e-a273-10e6f1ee3144&u=https%3A%2F%2Fwiki.lfnetworking.org%2Fdisplay%2FLN%2F2022-11%2B-%2BPlenary%253A%2BONAP%2BDay%2B1%2BProblem%2BStatement>
by Wednesday October 26th. ONAP TSC will chose the topic in their Oct 27th
meeting.

In addition, because this event is only two days, we request that project
specific submissions focus on working sessions rather than presentations. Keep
your slideware light and prioritize problem solving for this D&TF. And as much
as we LOVE demos and are excited to feature them, because of the time
constraints in November, it probably makes sense to hold them until our virtual
D&TF early in 2023 (or to work with LF staff to explore other channels).
Add your topics to
https://wiki.lfnetworking.org/display/LN/2022+LFN+Developer+Event+Topics+November<https://protect2.fireeye.com/v1/url?k=31323334-501cfaf3-313273af-454445554331-f7f215a338a446b9&q=1&e=14bf4438-6c37-449e-a273-10e6f1ee3144&u=https%3A%2F%2Fwiki.lfnetworking.org%2Fdisplay%2FLN%2F2022%2BLFN%2BDeveloper%2BEvent%2BTopics%2BNovember>.
Submission deadline is Friday, October 28th

cheers
Timo, November D&TF Event Planning Committee rep
