CFH en 137 000 esta operativa
VE7TIL en 136.718.75 en modo PSK
/*
The TIL TA test has resumed at 0100UTC and will go until 0700UTC tonight.
Tonight the mode has changed to a constant carrier which changes phase
by 180 degrees on the Hour, Hour+15, Hour+30 and Hour+45, then repeats
until 0700UTC.
136718.75 is the choosen frequency as we are 100% sure there are no
round off errors in both my TX setup and the RX setup. Therefore,
QSYing is difficult.
