with clear skies by the late-morning. Moderate winds becoming stronger in
the afternoon, shifting between W and NNW. Count conducted from the South
Lookout.

there for a total of 29. Eight Bald Eagles. Small numbers of other expected
species.

Tanager.

South Lookout: Wild Turkey, Solitary Sandpiper, 7 Common Loons,
Yellow-throated Vireo.

New species for season: Common Tern

Predictions:
TOMORROW: Mix of sun and clouds. High 53F. Winds W at 10-15mph. Probably
South Lookout. We haven't been doing particularly well on similar
conditions recently, but some clouds may help with spotting. Expect light
to moderate migration.

TUESDAY: Mainly sunny. High 55F. Winds NW at 5-10mph. South Lookout. Expect
light to moderate migration.

WEDNESDAY: Cloudy with periods of rain. High 59F. Winds SSE at 10-20mph.
Chance of rain 100%. Good winds but rain may prevent a raptor flight. Could
be an interesting non-raptor day with the potential for songbird fallout or
interesting rain birds.
