[Winona Online Democracy] My fellow Winonans; As some of you may know, the Winona Human Rights Commission annually awards the John Latcsh Award to that person or organization that goes above and beyond the call of duty to promote Human Rights in the city of Winona. This year's award will be presented at a ceremony on Sunday 22 October at 7PM at the Senior Friendship Center There will be entertainment and refreshments along with the announcement of this year's winner.
