[Winona Online Democracy]
The sample ballots for Winona County were published last week in the Winona
Daily News by County Auditor Cherie MacLennan. I believe it was in Monday's
paper. State law requires that this be published no later than one week
prior to the election.
Also, all of the sample ballots for the City of Winona are posted in the
City Clerk's Office, and a sample ballot for each precinct will be posted at
each polling place today.
For finding your precinct, the City's web page contains a link to the
Secretary of State's precinct finder. This is the official state-wide
precinct finder. www.cityofwinona-mn.com/departments
<http://www.cityofwinona-mn.com/departments> , city clerk, elections, when
and where to vote.

Thanks to all for suggestions.
Steve -- I did go to the Pioneer Press site and it did
correctly show
where I vote even though my street address is fairly new for
the City
(went from RR to a street address in the annexation).
Can't help but comment on how out of date that site is
though -- State
Senator Steve Morse????
If I am right that this year the local papers did not have a
sample
ballot -- could they remember to do so in the future. This
is the
first time I didn't see one.
