[Winona Online Democracy]
I'm not sure as to the process of selecting electors, but I did want
to put my two cents in to this discussion...the electoral college is
a fundamental part of our federal system. It is a tool designed to
ensure states' rights...the people of the nation do not elect the
president...the people of the states elect the president...and it is
a part of the plan to keep smaller states important...that's why i will
not be upset if the winner loses the popular vote. It is our system.
