[Winona Online Democracy] Hello Bob and Dean, Correct me if I'm wrong...weren't the actual punch hole locations missing in the prapproved ballot? I heard it on the McLeher News Hour but I haven't heard it since. I'm not a Democract or Republican, I just want everyone's votes counted and for the process to be fair.
