GOOD POINT, but...
Do you know of any other nation with over 200 MILLION people that has cast
an ellection that was THIS CLOSE and not let it come to physical blows?
Only nation that I can think of would be India, but they seem to let
everything come to blows over the head.

John Nichols from The Capital Times newspaper was on WPR this A.M. He was
recently in South Africa and had interviewed a man who worked for Nelson
Mendela- the man (I can't remember his name)gave a perspective on our recent
election that was almost verbatim the "what if this election was held in a
third world country" article that Dwayne (I think it was Dwayne)Voegli
recently sent in. We were all wondering if that article had truly been in
an African newspaper. I suspect that this John Nichols is the source of the
article. The Africans have taken great delight evidently in our recent
election- especially since the US has been "preciding" over their elections
for years to make sure they are done correctly and truly democratically.
Hmmmm, maybe we shouldn't be shoving that "expert" opinion down their noses
next time eh?
