Perhaps i am missing something here, but i fail to see how we can reach consensus on
an issue until or unless all points of view are aired in an open forum.
So i fail to see the real difference between the type of discussion we have been
having and what Steve has proposed except that he (and others) seems to be saying he
would like to discuss more local issues ~ or am i way out in left field here?
