[Winona Online Democracy]
I just observed a crew taking down all of the city's trees around Waltz
Buick. They said they were hired by Waltz. They didn't really know why Waltz
wanted them removed.
Any of you city gov't people know anything about this?
I hope there is a more of a reason than that the trees blocked the view of
Waltz's signs or that birds were pooping on the cars.
