[Winona] Courthouse vs. Middle School

How about a really out-of the-nine-dots idea? Since there is such time pressure to house the court system why not make the old middle school the county place and make apartments from the courthouse? With some good elevators for seniors, apartments with river and bluff views from those wonderful old windows would be very desirable. They could have social activities with the Kensington and even pack a new senior center in there somewhere and some green space for us old people to totter around in.
