[Winona Online Democracy]
Was anyone else confused by the Daily News viewpoint on this issue? One
week, it seemed that they were chiding the Commissioners for not getting a
decision made, the next week they're urging that they slow down and take
their time. As someone who's interested but not very closely involved, I
was hoping the WDN's input would clarify the pros and cons of the issue.
