[Winona Online Democracy]
Paul brings up some excellent points. I am new to writing here but have
been following some of the discussion over the last few months. I am part
of Vanguard Technology Group and we do the local media production for HBCI
Cable in town. We have been discussing this exact topic and are looking for
ways to more integrate this type of media coverage into what HBC offers as
local origination programming. I will report more as we get farther in our
