[Winona Online Democracy] Legal avenues? The Bill of rights is being attacked daily by the supposedly Liberal Supreme Court (as many conservatives would tell you). The 1st Amendment maybe secure now but with Dubbya at the helm I Really doubt it will remain that way. Often, times the ones conducting the censoring are also the same people that can afford lawyers to fight the case off. What about the ones that cannot even afford a lawyer? >> Liberal Supreme Court? We haven't had a truly liberal SC since the Warren Court days. IF they were liberal they would never had ignored over 200 years of precedent and appointed Dubbya president to begin with. As for the censorship and lawyers issue.
