Is the problem then weapons in schools, or behaviors towards some students by
both classmates and teachers that exaserbates a situation until it becomes
sporatic violence. When looking at inner city school shootings they are
usually specific and gang related. These are also children that are trying
to find someplace to belong or a group to belong to. The problem there looks
at the living enviornment. In the recent highly publicized school shootings,
the perpetrators also had trouble fitting in.
