Individual rights, as much as we may which them to be, are not absolute, nor do they exist in a vacuum. It is an old cliché, but one worth repeating i think. "Your right to move your fist through the air ends where my nose begins." By the same token, your right to be free from UNREASONABLE searches ends i think where my right to not have my head blown off begins.
