[Winona] Motorcycle Noise

I think it is very unfair to infer that the Police Department will not enforce Motorcycle Noise Ordinances, simply because the Police Department is LEASING a HD Motorcycle.   It is no wonder why some people choose to bad mouth the Cops every chance they get, when comments like that are made in an open forum.
