Perhaps Mr. Pomeroy needs to have a talk with you about what appropriate
use of 911 is. Unless he or someone else is/was injured in one of these
attempts, a call to 911 would NOT be warranted. Furthermore, have you
asked what he considers an attempt on his life?

Changing ones route is nearly impossible in Winona. There are trouble
spots, but with the frequency of occurrences, running into only one is
nearly impossible. In fact, within the last years, there is only one day
which stands out where I only came across one turn signal violation. The
day of Ted Foss's funeral. Go figure.

What do you do with these license numbers? Should I just hand them to
Mr. Pomeroy and expect him to mail tickets to each of the violators
listed? I hate to break it to you, but that's not how the law works.
Even if tickets were mailed, the perpetrator could fight and win very
easily. I will not waste my time attempting to take a picture of
everyone who does not realize how to do something so incredibly simple.

Care to elaborate on this one? Be very careful as to how you reply as
some of us ride more than 330 days per year and know how to handle a
bike in any weather including ice, snow, and slush. Can you attest to
this?

I don't know if you have heard it, but there is a little expression
which goes, "the truth is always harder to believe."

How often do you say to yourself, "I didn't do it; so of course it
didn't get done?"
