Mr. Finn:   To what do you mean about "Home Based Auto Salvage Yards"?    If you are referring to me, I must say that all three of my cars are licensed, insured, and fully operational.  (Plus they are all parked in my Driveway.....)   If not referring to me, please elaborate.....   Jim Sjoberg
