Dan and all As a former (and possibly future?) resident of Winona I couldn't agree more on the dearth of Public Radio in the city. I was only pointing out one possible option until such time as the situation can be rectified. If I recall, one of the local access channels on the Charter Cable feed had MPR as it's background. Am I safe in assuming that that too is not available when the transmitter is down?
