The following deliverables must be met to complete the objective of upgrading the DOI Complaints system to Office 2007. The Lotus Notes environment this work will be conducted in is Version 6.5. The items enumerated below are listed in order of importance. . Modify existing or create new Lotus Notes agents to align the DOI Complaints system with Office 2007. . Address both incoming file formats and the creation/conversion of letters created with Robo agents and those created on analysts' workstations, including PDF conversions. . Specific processes within the DOI Complaint system have been identified as requiring special attention. . Change the find/replace process to look for only the keywords that are used. . Specify software update level needed if applicable (Office & Acrobat). Develop an archive process for identifying and removing records from the Worksheet database with an aged 'last closed date . Identify changes needed to move to Acrobat 9.
