Work experience in business systems analysis including process mapping and developing entity relationship diagrams. 3. Work experience with *Oracle BPM* or similar business process modeling tools. 4. Demonstrated leadership skills, communication, analytical and problem solving skills, short term and long term planning skills. 5. Fluency in written and spoken English. 6. Demonstrated experience in web technologies and enterprise application implementations. Experience in an Oracle environment is a plus. *Candidate Responsibilities:* 1. Performs analysis of business needs and requirements for proposed new system. 2. Facilitate JAD sessions and/or interviews users to determine their needs or engages in other requirement solicitation methods. 3. Develop general and detailed system designs through the use of Oracle BPM suite of products.
