C2C Rate: $40/hr on C2C all inclusive (negotiable for candidate with
extensive telecom background)
Preference: Local candidates. Candidates without telecom background
wouldn’t be considered.

Job Description
•         Fault & Incident Mgmt supporting Avaya Voice Devices
•         *****7x24 Operations Center ****
12 HOUR SHIFT 10AM - 10PM EST -- MUST BE ABLE TO WORK FRIDAY,
SATURDAY, SUNDAY AND EVERY OTHER MONDAY.
•         Responsible for the management of equipment and service
vendors for break/fix and assists Operations Management in updating
procedures


Skills
1) Avaya PBX (e.g. S8xxx - Avaya IPTEL Platform) Intermediate
Required
2) Avaya CMS (e.g. up to release 14) Intermediate Required
3) Avaya Voice Mail -e.g. Intuity & Modular Messaging Intermediate
