We need a team of SAP HCM Consultants for providing strategic guidance and recommendations at enterprise level. This team will also provide implementation support in integrating new SAP modules (viz. HR Payroll Time Benefits ESS) with those already being implemented (viz. OM / PA Mini Master, e-Recruiting, Finance) throughout the lifecycle of implementation. The team would comprise of members that provide a blend of technical and functional experience with Personal Administration (PA), Time Management, Benefits Administration, Emplyee Self Service, Payroll integration, K-12 public sector and concurrent employment. The duration of the requirement is between 6-18 months @ Miami FL. The minimum qualifications for candidates are as follows. Required Skills & Experience: * SAP Certified in the applicable area * Experience in SAP ECC version 6.0 * Minimum 5 years of experience in OM, Personal Administration, Payroll, Benefit Administration and Time Management (real expert level experience in any one of these areas) * Experience with SAP HR/Payroll implementation (preferably in public sector or educational environment) * Experience in providing mentoring and knowledge transfer project teams (application users, technical users and end-users.) * Proven experience with SAP Concurrent Employment * Proven ability to provide strategic guidance within an enterprise software implementation * Working knowledge of XI/PI, ABAP, Portal, Workflow, BW, NetWeaver within the HCM module. * Ability to communicate with all levels of an enterprise include but not limited to technical staff, business process owners, and executive management * Ability to follow, monitor and recommend adjustments to project plans based on established PMO methodologies Proven experience with role-based security * Proven experience in business process transformation. * Experience in managing change * Provision of proprietary Tools, Reports, and other SAP Accelerators If you are qualified and interested or have some qualified resource, please forward a copy of matching resume along with Consultant's contact details, availability, & best all-inclusive C2C hourly rate.
