Insight Churn Dashboard – To provide churn analysis by States, Vertical
Industries, and Segments as a leading indicator on :
Voice: Inbound, Outbound, and Local;
Data: Bandwidth (T15,T45, SC, OCx) and Packet (Frame and ATM);
IP: VPN/PNT, DIS/MIS, Hosting.
Job Description:
(What will the contractor do on that project?)
- The NPW is responsible for working with an existing team of researchers /
developers to provide the Resporg analysis.
- Responsible for developing and maintaining the Churn Dashboard for IP,
Broadband, and Packet at customer, state, industry, product, and segment
level.
- Responsible for integrating the billing and network data at customer,
state, industry, product, and segment level.
- Supporting both production deliverables and analysis associated with
billing and network data for IP, Broadband, and Packet.
- Responsible for prototyping a trial version of Insight Customer Dashboard
using NetChart Data Mining Tool to provide more strategic information for
Sales, Marketing, and top executives.
- Responsible for implementing “EBS Vertical” financial analysis on Insight
Customer Dashboard.
- Responsible for implementing “Enterprise Hosting” analysis on Insight
Customer Dashboard.
Skill Set Required:
- Expert on Ajax, Tomcat, JAVA Script, Prototype Library, NetChart , C,
Perl, Awk, Shell script programming language.
- Expert on large-scale data processing in a UNIX environment
- Oracle database experience
- 5 years or more work experience in above computer science areas
Optional: SAS, Excel experience a plus.
MUST HAVE Graduate Degree in Computer Science or related Technical area
