Company is moving from version 12 to version 12.1 Would like someone who has helped with implementation of new version. Would like someone who has extended understanding of Supply Chain and has used six sigma. Must have Oracle e business experience. Would like someone who has experience leading other BA’s but not necessary. Project is slated for 8 to 9 months. There will be two to three interviews. First interview is an HR screen and then the next will with the hiring manager and or a member of the team. All can be done over the phone. The position is a contract only position but will look at H1. They will accept a national search. They hope to have this person start by early September. Hiring manager would like resumes to go through HR for screening. How many people can say that about their jobs? * *Assist in the determination of a long-term service-oriented architecture tool set Help to establish an SOA governance model, with appropriate supporting documentation Work in conjunction with other IT Business Analysts to configure long-term system architecture Provide guidance to the business community around system evaluation and acquisition Communicate and collaborate with stakeholders to elicit, gather and analyze high-level business requirements, and create/utilize high-level scope definitions that include estimates for costs, work efforts, staffing profiles, and timelines Elicit detailed business requirements using a variety of techniques to include interviews, document analysis, requirements workshops, business process workflows, value stream mapping, prototypes, storyboards, use case scenarios, and ITIL Service Design Critically evaluate business requirements, decompose high-level information into functional requirements, validate that requirements are based upon business needs rather than user preferences, reconcile conflicts, and document the functional requirements Serve as the conduit between customers and the software developers, collaborate with customers and software developers to define a to-be process that is usable, well architected, and fit for purpose. Document the agreed-upon to-be process in a formal Functional Design Specification.
