*Using existing documentation and supplementing unknown information through
interviews, meetings and work sessions, assemble the cross-GTI Data Model.
The Data model will become the defacto standard reference artifact for all
application and services information used in architecture, design and
development for all GTI Operational Support Applications.
The model will need to be documented using standard data architecture
modeling nomenclature and objects, will need to be syndicated to all AD
groups and will require an evergreen process to assure its maintenance and
accuracy once implemented as part of information architecture governance.*

*Finally, the data model will be incorporated as part of formal project
reviews for application development where data element choices, sources and
arrangements are required to be added or changed.*

*Candidate Selection:*
