*BI/Technical Architect (Business objects)*
Location: Austin, TX
Duration: 5 weeks extendable to 6+ months
a. Architecture: Architect, design, develop, and implement dashboards,
reports, and metadata for *DWH solution*
b. Evaluation: Collaborate with customer IT and product tool vendors to do
POC, feature / functionality evaluation for various *BI tools*
c. Tool Selection: Collaborate with customer IT on BI tool selection
criteria, ranking of features, and overall BI product roadmap for DWH
solution
d. Technology Integration: Collaborate with customer IT to ensure effective
technology integration between the dashboard / reporting systems and SAP /
other source systems
e. Coordination: Coordinate with other technical and functional teams to
deliver front-end content for DWH solution using various tools from BO stack
f. Security: Develop and implement security model for the BI tool
g. Design & Develop: Act as the SME for the project team that is developing
semantic, reporting, and dashboard layers of DWH solution
h. Testing: Own comprehensive test coverage for all information delivery
including but not limited to Universes, Reports, and Dashboards
i. Scalability: Own design for scalability for DWH solution
j. Performance: Own design for performance for DWH solution
k. Mobile Devices: Create strategy for mobile information delivery in USD
l. *Expertise with of BO technologies*
m. Excellent communication and leadership skills.
