* * *Location: Chicago , IL* *Duration: 6 months* *Rate open but as low as possible* * * *Key Skills/Knowledge: - At least 1-2 years of hands-on experience in Oracle CRM on demand - Experience with Oracle CRMOD analytics - Historical and Analytical reporting, Customizing the Reports look & feel, Configuring analytics for custom objects - Experience in CRMOD integration -- Using Integration Events, CRMOD Data import/export wizards, Configuring Offline Access, Use of Web Links and Web Applets - Knowledge of using platforms like Java or .Net for consuming CRMOD web services; Generating SOAP requests and SOAP responses, Error handling - Deep experience in CRMOD Administration - including Customizations, Workflow, Assignment rules and Data import wizards - Experience in implementing two or more modules amongst Sales, marketing, forecasting, service requests Responsibilities: - Provide Solutions in pre-sales and Project situations as a techno-Functional expert in the area of Oracle CRM On Demand. - Provide inputs to Project Managers in estimating workload and in work planning in this area - Interact with business and technical users to drive the requirements capturing - Demonstrate prototypes to customers - Present technical solutions to Client architecture teams and getting signoff * ** *Please do contact and Reply on at [email protected] immediate response.
