Strongly prefer someone with airline experience (familiar with flight times, schedules, etc). They must be a self-starter, strong-willed, and able to take on tasks without detailed requirements. Must be "quality focused" and very familiar with testing practices. This person will need to do some BA work, development work, and participate in various phases of the event testing. Need to be willing and able to troubleshoot existing code (not all new development in this case), as well as design from the ground up, taking into account current architectural design and pinpoint possible constraints for long-term viability and growth. Reviews, analyzes, and modifies programming systems including encoding, testing, debugging and installing to support the organization's client/server software applications. May require a bachelor's degree in a related area and 10+ years of experience in the field or in a related area. Familiar with relational database concepts, and client-server concepts. Relies on experience and judgment to plan and accomplish goals. Performs a variety of complicated tasks. May lead and direct the work of others. Typically reports to a project leader or manager.
