Responsible for gathering and translating business requirements to system
specifications
Ability to document process narratives, process flows and system
interaction/dependency analysis
Support Testing Center of Excellence (TCoE) with defining test cases
Uses analytics and problem solving skills to provide guidance and
recommendations with opportunities to improve process or defining
alternative solutions.
*Required Skills:*
Ability to translate business requirements to technical specifications
Strong ability to document technical process specification in written
narratives and depicted process flows
Effective and professional oral and written communication skills
Ability to lead the facilitation of requirement sessions including asking
the right questions to get correct level of requirement details
Strong working experience with MS Office Suite including Visio, Word and
PowerPoint
Strong analytics, process improvement and problem solving abilities
Knowledge of tools, techniques and good practices for protecting the
integrity of corporate data and associated processing, company technology
practices, standards and procedures
Experience working with cross functional resources (all levels of seniority)
and vendors
Ability to work in a fast paced entrepreneurial environment
*eCommerce application and technology experience strongly desired*
Deposit products and services experience is a plus
Two or more years of experience with the system requirement definition
process and modeling methods and tools
BS Technical undergraduate degree in math, computer science, engineering, or
related discipline with an information technology focus.
