*Client prefer candidates local to Atlanta GA/ Willing to come for face to face interview*** *Description:* Systems Analyst to lead the MMIS implementation prior to and after go live date. * * *The major responsibilities of this position includes: * Work to provide MMIS claims system expertise that will guide the project through the testing phase of the MMIS project; Oversee the vendor's test results as assigned. Assist DCH staff in resolving issues, coordinating and facilitating decisions. Engage in knowledge transfer and mentoring of assigned DCH project staff. Help to create and maintain a high performance environment characterized by a strong team orientation. Advise the Program Director on all aspects of quality and testing for the project and within DCH in general. Perform any and all other duties assigned in furtherance of a successful MMIS implementation project. Responsibilities will also include overseeing of quality of work done by subject matter experts and ensuring that all tasks and deliverables follow the Program Management Office test plan. *SKILL SET REQUIRED:* The successful candidate must have strong working knowledge of MMIS system implementations and have a detailed understanding of Medicaid claims pricing and processing and claims data in addition to an overall understanding of Medicaid policies and MMIS data. .
