Contribute to the team environment to ensure mutual success by providing guidance for development, testing and troubleshooting 4. Exhibit strong time management skills by prioritizing multiple requests across multiple projects 5. Provide concise/clear status updates and escalate issues as appropriate to the relevant project stakeholders 6. Determine optimal solution designs based on the assessment of costs, risks, complexity and benefits 7. Solve complex problems by leading analysis and development of technical solutions; involve and guide other team members in problem solving activities 8. Successfully deploy our ecommerce platform in a variety of production environments that include Websphere, Apache MQ, and DB2 etc. Technical: Thorough knowledge of J2EE, Messaging Middleware, Enterprise Bus, Web Services, DB2, sound knowledge of working of WAS with OS (Solaris and Linux). Should possess sound knowledge of EJB, UML, XML, XSL, Struts, etc. Should possess sound knowledge of modular design approach to Wealth Management Software. Business: Brokerage Back Office, Intraday Trading Process, Nightly Batch Processes, Reconciliation, Cron Tabs, etc. Familiarity with Ruby, PERL, a plus.
