Description of service:
Description of Services:
Service contracts lead for a hosting company. Will assist with completion of
design and implementation of the service contracts module. Includes
integration with AR and legacy order management. Will need to provide design
layout for integration with Oracle order management in following phase.
Client is in the hosting and managed services business. Client provides its
customers with recurring services that they bill monthly. Most contracts are
monthly and renew automatically. They have some long term contracts as well.
Majority of services are initiated through the sales order process and may
have a number of one-time charges that need to be passed to AR.
Deliverables:
BR30, Test scripts, BP80, MD50, CRP execution, cutover
Acceptance Criteria:
Periodic review of deliverables by the project managers as well as a client
acceptance process for key deliverables will provide a mechanism to focus on
quality.
