SAP SAP IS-U FICA/BODM Consultant Jackson, MI 12 months Contract Rate: DOE Required skills and abilities: - This SAP Functional Consultant position resides in the Customer Care and Services (CCS) portfolio. - This position is responsible for design/development/configuration, application architecture and informal/formal leadership for very complex support work initiatives in the - CCS portfolio with an emphasis in the SAP Financial and Contract Account (FICA) and Back Office and Device Management (BODM) areas - This position involves working independently or as part of a team to perform higher level complex tasks and/or providing techno-functional leadership to individuals/teams in highly complex areas of CCS to meet support/project deliverables. - As a member of the team, the individual will also internally consult with other areas on proposed CCS application support, upgrade and software bolt-on integration efforts. - This individual will also play a liaison role, at various times, to very large and complex project efforts representing the CCS Support Team as CCS solutions architect Position requirements include: - Serve as an informal leader between the business and the technical team to lead and/or develop functional/technical requirements for support, enhancements and project work - Trouble shoot problems for SAP IS-U FICA/BODM and complete detailed root cause analysis and help determine a recommended solution - Ability to balance multiple tasks and demands effectively - Handles the communication of the project-related objectives, events, issues, status and results - Develop functional specification to support new build/defect resolution activities - Participate in design, data mapping, data modeling, and program specification walkthroughs - Support testing for new functionality / defect resolution including development of test scenarios and scripts, execution and reporting of results using appropriate testing tools for SAP IS-U FICA, SAP IS-U BODM - Develop, update and maintain business process procedures (BPPs), process documentation and functional specifications for specific assigned business processes - Perform analysis of changes to policy or laws to identify business requirements - Perform moderate to very complex configuration activities specifically for SAP IS-U FICA/BODM - Participate in investigations of production problems for the business users and find resolutions - Mentor/Train lesser experienced analysts - Participate in 7 x 24 on call operations Regards, Ranjith kumar S - (RON) Dir: 248 233 4070 / Fax: 248 354 3626 [email protected]; www.ramsoft.net <blocked::http://www.ramsoft.net/> Ramsoft Systems Inc Certified: ISO 9001: 2000, MBE ERP, BI, EAI, E-Business: "Projects & Staffing" "Proudly serving the industry for 15 years" We respect your email and Internet privacy.
