Familiarity with all phases of SDLC
Consulting experience desired
Should have performed process gap analysis
Familiar with Configuration / Release Management
Should have working knowledge of Root Cause Analysis using
statistical techniques & tools (Pareto/Fishbone)
Very skilled in evolving test strategy – coverage, test methods,
harnesses, automation
Experience in training and mentoring
Should have designed test harnesses
Should have created test cases isolating each tier in an n-tiered
arch
Experience in peer reviews/audits, creating checklists
Good in risk assessment/priority setting
Excellent understanding of all the specialty areas listed below
Good understanding of the process methodologies listed below
