*Duration: 6 months* *Primary Skills:* Oracle # of Years Required: 4-6 Secondary Skills: *.NET Platform, SQL Server* # of Years Required: 4-6 *Job Purpose/ Description:* • Develops using knowledge of Wall Street institutions and securities processing, i.e., *Bloomberg, SunGard, BONY, IDC, Reuters, SIAC, etc.* • Works on the requirements analysis, design, development and testing of computer programs and / or application components. • Analyzes functional needs that drive the analysis and technical design of quality technical solutions; recommends solutions that are aligned with business / IT strategies and complies with corporate architectural standards. • Resolves application and technical problems. • Participates on project teams. • Analyzes performance and capacity issues with systems / applications software and/or application components. • Able to work collaboratively with IT staff on development, troubleshooting, and other technical efforts. *Tasks and Responsibilities:* • Good knowledge of programming / systems analysis, as well as quality assurance, prototyping, construction, integration, and migration functions; possesses a good understanding of programming languages, development tools, and the current environment. • Displays problem solving and analytical skills, using them to resolve technical problems; possesses a good understanding of business requirements and IT strategies. • Draws on broad knowledge base (e.g., infrastructure, technology, and applications) to analyze problems of moderate complexity and contribute to troubleshooting efforts. • Leverages good design understanding and/or capabilities (e.g., database, application code, reusable objects, and interfaces) to optimize development efforts in a distributed environment. • Comfortable enough with business process to effectively document functional requirements, physical / logical design specifications, QA test scripts, etc. *Required education/experience:* • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field, or significant industry experience. years of experience in developing Eagle solutions • Must have extensive experience in implementing Eagle Platform *including PACE, STAR, Pricing Center, Performance, Data Mart, Advanced Reporting etc.. * • Proficiency in SRM, Message Center and Web panel development is a must • *Extensive knowledge of EAGLE Schema is a must* *• SQL, PL/SQL, UNIX, Shell Scripting, and PERL experience is required.* • Oracle 10g and above experience is required. • Data analysis and modeling skills are required • Excellent written and verbal skills * * *Highly Desired Skills:* • Exposure to data modeling tool is desirable • Exposure to data ware housing/ETL concepts • Finance and/or Insurance company experience very helpful -- Ganesh Reddy Phone: 914-729-7296 Fax : 914-821-9016 Email : [email protected] Web : www.baisys.com -- You received this message because you are subscribed to the Google Groups "only.SAP" group.
