* (.NET/Sharepoint/SQLServer)
Duties and Responsibilities:
This position will be the Lead Architect.
* Architects and Designs, oversees and guides development,
testing and implementation of solutions to business and technical problems
* Provide Technical Leadership in the area of architecture and
design for business solutions that leverage Microsoft technologies
* Develop logical and physical data models and/or other types of
designs for relatively complex technical solutions to system or business
problems.
* Initiates communication with other lead technical staff as
needed to facilitate the most effective and efficient solutions
* Serves as technical mentor to department staff who are less
experienced
* Provides day-to-day technical direction to staff relative to
the technical aspects of a project or support function
* Strong verbal and written communications skills
* Ability to lead discussions and create documentation related
to technical and business requirements, design, architecture and direction
