Job Title :- Business system analyst Location :-Charlotte NC Duration :- 6+ Months This is a business architect/system analyst position on the TradeWorks development team that is creating a new trade finance transaction processing platform for the international group. The assignment is on the design team that defines functional architecture on which the construction of the system is based. The development and QA teams are the primary consumers of the designs. Prepare specifications for system design. Act as a liaison between client area and technical organization by planning, conducting, and directing the analysis of highly complex business problems to be solved with automated systems. Provide technical assistance in identifying, evaluating, and developing systems and procedures that are cost effective and meet business requirements. Work with user groups to resolve questions, assess user needs, and recommend solutions.. Acts as an internal consultant within technology and business groups by using quality tools and process definition/improvement to re-engineer technical processes for greater efficiencies. The ideal candidate will have experience defining UI solutions and creating functional designs on which technical development and quality assurance testing are based.. Such a candidate will be able to provide examples of their work moving a business requirement document to a completed functional systems design. Proficiency in HP Quality Center requirements management suite plus Microsoft Word, Excel, Visio and Power Point. Knowledge of industry SDLC policies and practices is desirable.
