Strong all around technical background in; Cisco networking – LAN & WAN CCNP minimum Security infrastructure MS-Windows Unix Management Systems VMware Experience with ITIL process MOW for Incident, Problem, Change, Release, Configuration management tasks (Analysis, Execution).
