** *Hartford CT* *Looking f or someone who has 10+ years of experience as a lead developer or an architect with extensive design experience. * *VB.net and C# are essential.* *Property and Casualty experience preferred (some type of Insurance/Claims required)* This part of the project has several components including building an external interface with our TPA (Third Party Administrat or ) manager, building out a Broker Portal, and building an Operational Rep or ting facility. Things we’re looking f or : 1. Strong technical background, preferably .Net, n-tier architecture (vb,net and C#) 2. Design or Architecture experience 3.
