Analyze needs, design, and develop two applications in accord with an upcoming new COTS product: Accounting for and Tracking Taxes owed to the SC Department of Revenue from Surplus Property Sales and Accounting for and Tracking Monies owed to Organizations that turn in surplus property. . Develop an application to schedule drivers to pick up surplus property; this scheduling is done by region. . All applications will be done in MS Access 2003 using a MS SQL Server database as the back end. . If time permits, person would also develop additional MS Access reports using the local MS SQL Server database and assist the database administrator in creating T-SQL code to update and maintain the local MS SQL Server database Design & development experience. . Ability to listen and communicate. At least 2 years' experience in Ms Access 2003, MS SQL Server and T-SQL required. . At least 3 years experience required in designing applications.
